Grand Candi Hotel Semarang, Semarang

During my stay, I found that the hotel staff were the highlight, doing their best despite the hotel showing its age and having various issues. While the room I stayed in was clean and the bed comfortable, the amenities, like the gym and pool area, were quite disappointing. The location is decent for relaxation after a long drive, but it could benefit from some renovations and improvements in cleanliness.

This hotel has a great breakfast and plenty of sports facilities, making it a good choice for family travelers. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a significant concern, and the overall decor felt quite outdated. The staff were a highlight, always trying their best to accommodate guests despite the hotel's shortcomings.
